Robert built our in-ground pool and I'd hire him again without thinking about it. What sold me was that he's actually on the job — not a salesman up front and then a rotating crew you never meet. He walked the yard with me, told me straight what would and wouldn't work instead of just agreeing with everything, and the same guy who quoted it was there while it went in. The finished pool is exactly what we talked about. If you're spending this kind of money, that matters more than the brochure.

Robert and Samuel are first rate. Robert is easy to work with, and has 50 years experience building pools. Pool was finished in 2 months. Excellent quality and beautiful to behold. Jandy pump is super quiet.

Reef Pools is the best! They were able to correct a badly designed spa that three other pool companies could not even provide a design fix. The owner of Reef Pools has been in the pool since he was a teenager. I think he's seen it all and knows how to do a lot more than any other company can or will do.
Reef Pools is very honest and straightforward. For your money, I don't think you can go wrong using Reef Pools

Reef works in a $60,000 to $250,000+ build range. Access, excavation, structure, finish, decking, features, and equipment determine where a project lands inside that band. There are also two named designs — the Billabong and the Outback — already drawn and priced from $60,000, which is the bottom of that range with a fixed scope.
Who walks the property and oversees the build?
Robert Welty walks the property, develops the design and price, and stays accountable through construction, startup, and handoff.
Can I apply for financing?
Yes. Lyon Financial and Viking Capital are lending partners. You apply directly with the lender and review its current terms and disclosures there.
Does Reef renovate existing pools?
Yes. Reef plans pool renovations that can include interior finish, tile, coping, lighting, equipment, automation, decking, and the spaces around the water.
What should I have for the first walk-through?
Bring the property survey or plat if you have it, plus photographs and a plain list of what the yard needs to do. Reef can start the conversation without finished plans.
